Are there scooters that handicapped people get use inside the festifal

No there was no rental or loan services. You must bring your own. But there is ample room to use them.

I do not believe that they have scooter rentals at the festival. You however are welcome to bring one. The grounds are more then capable of handling a scooter. There are a limited number of wheelchairs available for use on a first come first serve basis.
