This place is absolutely phenomenal!! I have an autistic son and everyone has been so accommodating!! One of the managers Jeffery went above and beyond so that my son could do the zipline and one of the workers Wesley was super awesome helping with son on the zipline and gave me other suggestions of sensory friendly places he might like!! Highly recommend this place!!!

For the price per hour, I would expect there to at least be concessions. I have four boys and so I drop plenty of money when I come, but we have to rely on chips keep us fueled. The customer service varies. The place seems to be run by only 16 year olds. So some are sweet and others are just rude. For as little as there is to offer, I feel it could be a bit more affordable. Also not very hygienic. The foam has been there forever and the bits and fibers get in everyone’s mouths and eyes. I can’t imagine how filthy the must be. The place is fun for sure. Just could use a few improvements..
