Depends on the location. You can tell who's there because they truly have a passion for helping people and then you can also tell who's there for all the wrong reasons and I'm definitely talking about the people that work for housing authority. There are a few people that work for housing that have higher power and they take advantage of it. And you can't say anything because they have your housing in their hands..... Other than that you can gain a lot and you can definitely get somewhere as long as you stay to yourself mind your business and get in touch with the right people. It's what you make it.

When I first became a resident, the office made it pretty easy and accommodating for people who need help. Now trying to recieve help is like finding a needle in a haystack. They don't care if your health is being put at danger, they don't care for lack of proper transportation, they don't properly mail you out papers to your address & trying to talk to someone is battling with voice-mail all day. It's pretty disappointing & sad.
