While there are no spexific taxis in Tuexedo or Harriman, NY which would be the closest train stations you can certainly use Uber or Lyft as I do belive both have services in the area.
Be careful with Uber/Lyft option. I just checked the availability at 6:50pm on Sunday. The nearest Uber is 20 minutes away. I doubt if the driver wants to drive this far to pick up passenger.
