Each person is allowed 1 container of water/drink(so make it a huge one and not alcoholic) for a snack technically they tell you no, however if it's for a dietary/allergy/religious restriction they will allow it. However do expect to spend a ton of money. Even water is expensive

According to the website you cannot bring outside food or drinks into the faire. On the day we were at the faire we did notice a few people with some small children with some outside snacks. Food and water is available throughout the faire. Water is $4 a bottle. Food varies depending on what you buy and is stanard amusement park/street fair food.
