Hi, Linda. Thank you for reaching out. We want to assure you that there had been an isolated incident over a year ago, and we continue to work closely with our military contacts in our community to make sure our relationship remains intact and positive. We terminated the employees who posted the sign immediately back in March 2019, and are continuously conducting customer service, diversity and inclusion training to ensure this doesn’t happen again. We are extremely grateful for all who serve our country, and all military personnel (both active and retired) and their families are always welcome at our hotel. We look forward to hosting many more military groups and events in the future—having the opportunity to do so is a point of pride for us. Please don’t hesitate to reach out should you have any further questions. Thank you and have a good day.
