I had a reservation more than a month ahead of my trip, somehow I noticed that I had free nights of Marriott were going to expire by the end of June. So I had to cancel my Best Western reservation at this location. Unfortunately, the Best Western mobile app didn’t work after several try I was able to click on “cancel reservation “. Till the night before arrive Colorado Spring, I thought to check on my BW app, oh, my lord, the reservation was still on. I called the hotel, no one answered my phone and no voicemail. I got so panic because it was too late to cancel. I called the reservation customer service, I was told it was too late to cancel my reservation , my call was redirected to another department but I was told the workers there were off work for the day already. So I left a voicemail hopefully someone will call me back before we arrive the next day. Of course I didn’t get a call back, so we went to Best Western and thought that I would have to pay for the two rooms I reserved and forfeit my two free nights at Marriott. My heart told me to speak of my voice so I told Mercy who worked at the front desk at that time, I decided to pay half of the price then cancel the stay and go to my free stays, their system had declined my credit card but I knew my credit card was perfect fine. Mercy kept trying to help me out and asked her supervisor, Courtney, to help. As she understood my difficulties with their company computer system, she override to refund my entire amount. That’s how I love BW, staff is always so friendly and helpful! Thanks, Mercy and Courtney! I will surely come to stay on my next visit in Colorado Spring!

Reservation was made last minute and via a third party travel app. Upon arrival, I noticed that the parking lot was very quiet and there weren't any people walking around (which seems to be rare these days for hotels in Colorado Springs). The overnight front desk agent was welcoming, friendly, and was able to easily find my reservation in the system (no delay from booking made using a 3rd party). He went over everything thoroughly yet quickly. My room was quiet and comfortable; and it included the basic items you'd find in most hotel rooms. I had a chance to talk with the morning crew at the front desk as well as the lady cooking/serving breakfast and they were all friendly and accommodating. The included breakfast, both the food they offered and the dining area were great. I loved the green chili because it was tasty and just the right amount of spice (probably a very mild-medium). It went well with the scrambled eggs and toast. Probably the part that stands out the most though, was that one of the ladies in housekeeping noticed that some money fell out of my pocket as I pulled out my car keys when I was walking down the hall. She was honest and walked outside to my vehicle to tell me I had dropped some money from my pocket. I'm sorry that I didn't get your name but, again...Thank You for being HONEST!

We were traveling from out of state and arrived at the hotel late that night. When checking in the front desk person wouldn’t accept my ID or debit card because my name was different. Which I never had an issue with the other 3 times I checked into a hotel in the last month. Once I got that all figured out and squared away, he started getting us checked in. It was never brought up that I was a best western rewards member. I had booked a room for 2 queen beds. When we arrived in our room the beds were full size. They don’t even have queen size beds at this motel. The breakfast was “okay” nothing to write home about. The neighborhood was super sketchy. I booked for 2 nights. And ended up checking out after the first night. $100 down the drain, I was not offered a refund. But we ended up at a much much nicer best western motel up the road!!! I would absolutely NOT stay at the best western executive Inn and suites again.

Be aware the rooms are very very small. I'm talking about when you first walk in the room the sink is right there. Just know you get what you pay for. I was happy that my room was clean it just had a little odor. Walls are thin so you can pretty much hear everything. Personally I won't be going back. But if you don't mind it's whatever floats your boat.
