Service was nice and responsive. The elevator needs repair and the rooms are dated. We were hit with the strong smell of pesticide when we walked into our room and the floors needed swept. Hot breakfast and pool. Easy access off the highway.

Great place. Our front desk lady Vanessa was friendly and helpful. She made the hotel better then it already was. The rooms were quite and clean. The hotel is a little dated but it was good. The pool area is very small and the hottub wasn't very hot. The breakfast was great with a great selection. I will definitely be staying here again.

I'm doing 4 instead of 5 because of how loud our neighbors were and because the breakfast ended so early. Breakfast was served until 9:30, I heard it was great. Price was great, pool and hot tub were fantastic, rooms were nice (someone needs to go pull that tire out of the river on that side of the hotel, it's kind of an eyesore). The location was great, near highways and amenities. We're traveling with two pets, our dogs rarely bark, but I get that dogs bark sometimes. We were next to several rooms with large breeds that barked anytime anyone opened a door, walked down the hall too loudly or walked outside their window. One of these dogs was so big and aggressive that we'd have to wait until we knew it wasn't out to even leave our room, with or without our dogs or kids, because it would bark at you and try to get at you. The owner would be fighting with her to get her under control, but this was an aggravated 100lb German Shepherd that could kill one of my pets or kids if it got a hold of them. Very worrying. We were there for over a week and they were there almost the whole time we were there. Come 5 or 6 am we'd be woken up by barking every day. My mom stayed next to another room with dogs and they experienced the same noises. It's unfortunate because this is how hotels end up with breed or size restrictions.

Positive: The view/scenery on the backside of the hotel was beautiful. Breakfast was decent. Location and proximity to stores, restaurants, and national parks is very convenient. Negative: Fitness room could be upgraded, but at least they have something.
