Service at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and breakfast was hot and so many choices. We would definitely stay again

I know now why it’s called Residence Inn. The room was really nice and clean. It was like a studio unit. Kitchen was equipped with stove, a large fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and even pots, pans, plates, utensils, dishwashing soap and scrub. The room also had complimentary coffee, tea with sugar and creamer. Mind this, the room had it’s own fire place! Breakfast was superb and had hearty choices. If in another city, I would want to stay at another Residence Inn as well.

Stayed here for 6 nights and it was fantastic. Front desk staff were super helpful, breakfast was a good spread, amenities are great (pool, gym, basketball court, etc.). Would definitely stay again if in the Colorado Springs area.

Positives: big suite, full kitchen, cleaning staff is friendly Negatives: HVAC would not cool to set temperature (one night I could not get the room below 70), only half the front desk staff is friendly, thin walls. Overall, I may try this one more time for the large separated rooms and hopes for a cooler HVAC.
