Edit: This was me writing on behalf of a friend you were screwing over. The fact that you emailed them accusing them of leaving reviews under a fake name indicates you are, in fact, doing the activities described below. How you like them apples. Original: Please let me know why you told a renter that they needed to pay a fee by a certain date, then are trying to charge a late fee when they met your deadline. Please also let me know why you continued to charge them for lost rent after finding a tenant to replace them, and only acknowledging this after the former renters found their unit was no longer listed on the website. Lastly, please let me know why you are cancelling the appointments they are making to clear up these issues. Regards.

This company is literally useless. They know nothing about their properties, and their goal is clearly to scam you. The owner of our rental switched to a new property management company right after we moved in, and thank god. Jose Daruich was our go-to contact at Sleep Sound and he was rude, incompetent, and incredibly unhelpful. I imagine everyone else that works for this company is the same.
