I had the same experience as several reviews that I've been reading online. Lesley is extremely rude and confrontational. You can't even call to ask questions or get clarification on what a bill is for without her raising her voice. She wasted my time by calling me only to belittle me and not even answer my questions. I will gladly pay the bill once I understand what it is for. Lesley does not know how to speak to people and clearly does not like her job. I came on here to not surprisingly see others talk about how rude she is. CTL/Randall please do something about this. She should not be working there. I did love the people at the apartment I lived in though, just not this management company because of how they let Lesley treat people.

I have already posted a review on their main page (King’s court apartments) but apparently reviews don’t mean that much to them so maybe it makes a difference here. I called to complain about a leak in a garage that ive had since April-may of last year. Some of my belongings were damaged by this leak. Instead of being professional her response was leaks happen, you agreed to the garage as is when you leased it. Anyone with common sense will not agree to leasing something damaged, so i trusted your word and your company that it was in good condition. Her way of helping me was offering another storage unit and charging me for both while i move my things. There are only two days left and its raining. I did not cause this issue and i have to pay you? For what? How can you treat your tenants that way? Not only do i have to replace things because you gave me a damaged garage unit but i have to pay you for you doing your job to fix it? Where are these employees trained? On top of that there are several complaints from different units dealing with mold. Its been months since we complained and nothing has been done. Employees name is Mallory by the way.

We have lived here for about a year, the apartments are really nice, ours came with a wood chimney, the kitchen is pretty decent sized and the restroom/bathtub space isn't too crowded. The management so far has been great, they changed recently over the end of the summer, but we hope it would be just as great. Whenever there is an issue or a repair needed, the repair guys are on top of it and fix it within the week (usually the next day or two) We love that we can pay online and request services or repairs through their portal, and for online payments it only charges you a $1 fee to use it, which is not too bad. The area is really safe, we live close to the police station in junction so there is plenty of police doing rounds. the community is pretty quiet as well. If i had to mention a Con, it may be that it is not exactly the cheapest, and rent goes up substantially after your lease expires (45-100 more each month) but then again, its a convenient spot close to many things, and we love living in Roseville, near the old town, the mall, and their event center (which you can walk to) where the city plans multiple events throughout the year. Overall we have had a great experience, yes it is a bit pricey, but the apartments, the area and the city make it worth (I still hope that rent didn't skyrocket every year though).

I’ve lived at Autumn Oaks beginning my third year this October and I have enjoyed it the whole time. The staff has always been pleasant and efficient and if I’ve ever needed anything they’ve always been very helpful. Thankfully I haven’t needed many repairs but when I did they were fixed right away. A painter put his ladder through my front window one day and about an hour later it was completely repaired. I would have given five stars but for an ongoing problem with tenants not picking up their dogs’ refuse-this really isn’t the staff’s fault because they furnish doggie bags and disposal bins all around the grounds. Otherwise the grounds are nice with large mature trees, flowering bushes and lots of grass. This apartment is so well designed that I have been able to get a lot of furniture in a small space comfortably. My apt home here is just what I needed and I’m very happy here.
