Two times now I've asked to substitute onion rings for the French fries in a combo. Both times I've received fries. Guess I'll start going to a different Carl Jr. so I can get what I ask for.

I order two #7 double from the Carl’s Jr. on 102nd in portland, Or one with no tomato’s and the other one no onions. When I got the food I asked the manager ( he was the one that took the order) which one was what ? He said the one with the special sticker was the one with no tomato’s and the other one no onions. I get to my home in Vancouver, washington open my food the one that supposed to have no onions and it has onions. I call the person that had no tomato’s thinking the orders was switched and they said no the have onions and no tomatoes. So I call and ask to speak to the manager and he is the one that answered. He knew exactly who I was and knew my order even repeated it back to me. I told him both of the burgers had onion so he asked me to bring the food back and he would make a new one or give me my money back . I explained to him I live in Vancover and I will not be coming back . He said there’s nothing he can do without the food so I told him I will just toss it but please know if I would have never looked and just took a bite I could have died. I am highly allergic to onions (documented in my medical records and I carry a EpiPen). He then asked for the order number and looked up the order. I am looking at the receipt and I see that it was the manager that messed up my order because the receipt on the second order was just a #7. But he knew I told him no Onions. He once again asked me to bring the food back so I reminded him once again that I live in Vancouver and I was not coming back and had to toss the food out. So now I am out of my money I could have died and the manager did nothing to resolve his mistake. Thanks

Best in the city. Good service, great food,no super long waits like Powell & 82nd. However Don't think they're 24 he's as posted on the building.

They all wear masks. That's about all I can verify. I would imagine it's about the same across the board when it comes to fast food sanitation and cleanliness.
