Loved using this storage. Its clean, easy and affordable. I only needed it for few months but will definitely be a return customer. Bryan helped me during move in and out and he was extremely friendly and helpful. I was able to fit my whole apartment into a small unit, it was great.

On the 1 of the Month. It's disappointing what new tenants do! The rent cannot wait. Neither my Private Office, at the end of two Years, emergency Pandemic Closures. I'm not in the business of selling food, or help fictitious business hide Government property.

When I first walked in, Joann greeted me and told me she would assist me after helping out someone ahead of me. Once it was my turn, she was extremely polite. She answered all my questions and even showed me where my unit was. Please recognize Joann as a terrific employee. She is a wonderful person and she was also training someone else. Joann is extremely professional with a wonderful attitude.

PATHETIC SERVICE. This place is ridiculous. Worse service you can find in the County. I have my bill on automatic payment. Payment went through on 3!10 ad it is supposed to. Today (3/21) got to storage at 6:45 am after a long drive and access is denied. I have to drive back with nothing accomplished. Management will say "sorry" which is the best they can do. I know this because this is not the first time that this happens. This place is so pathetic that you would have to call in every time to make sure you are not locked out even if your payments are made and your account is current. What do they do all day long?!?!? I have evidence of all of my statements.
