I feel very secure storing my items and trailer here. No matter what time of day I stop by, I always see an employee out on the premises. They are always making sure everything is okay and that gives me great peace of mind. As a bonus, the staff are all very friendly 😁😁.

Brittney and Raul at the front desk were amazing. I showed a few moments prior to closing and they were incredibly nice. Raul showed me the unit and was very patient with me explaining the rental agreement. They both demostrated excellent customer service which I always appreciate.

This place is awesome! I needed somewhere close to home to drop the black water from my toy hauler and I called my olive and they were super helpful and told me to come on over. My experience was extremely positive with them, except for the moment that I opened my black water valve and the fumes hit me. 😂

We are month to month leases. We have one month minimum. If your lock or vehicle still occupy the space when rent is due, it renews automatically for that month and so on. Please call our office at 626-357-4330 if we can answer any other questions for you.
Hello, We do have monthly lien sales but currently do not have any vehicles that will be part of that. We typically use the Lien Tow law and have vehicles towed if they don't pay. Sometimes the customers post an RV for sale in the office. Right now nothing we are aware of. Sue
