Amazingly unknowledgeable, comically rude customer service. The customer service rep told patron before us that they shouldn't be complaining because the employee who helped them doesn't work there anymore and that they are "complaining to no one". She was clearly annoyed by us and wanted us to leave. After saying she couldn't help us with our data issue, she insisted that Google makes Samsung phones (what??). When we pushed back, she curtly said "Look, I've already helped you, & I'm pregnant..."

At&T just canceled my order after month of waiting on phones. I called Ruby who was the one placed the order for us, just said that can’t do anything and this is going on with half of the customers. I missed out on most of the deals from other providers tha I could have possibly got. Stay away from At&T and this store.

I sort of was expecting to have difficulty- just because it seems as if most every place I go- there’s gonna be some sort of issue! However, this was not the case! I went in to the store, purchased a phone, I ended up getting an extra item while we were there, and the gentleman helped my wife and I with our situation and he did a great job! I was happy to resolve our needs for our visit in this store on that day!
