I had left a one star review for this company. They reached out through Yelp and Google asking me to contact them, which I did. They showed that they're an honest business. While I'm sure they made a good profit on the car I bought from them, they completely made up for the complaints I had about the way they do business. The GM, Dan, worked with me to ensure I walked away feeling that I'd been treated fairly and with respect. I highly recommend this business as when they do something wrong, they'll work with you to remedy the situation to your satisfaction. They even offered to just take the car back, even though I'd signed a paper saying the sale was final and that the car couldn't be returned. What could be more fair than that? I did keep it, but they made adjustments so that I got what I believe is a more than fair deal. Thanks, Dan!

Edward Gutierrez, my service advisor for almost a decade displayed exceptional customer service skills with me on my service visit on April 28th. He is honest and I trust him with my car. I live over an hour from the Nissan of Duarte. I only trust Edward with my car. Edward is a professional. He is hands down the Best Service Advisor. Edward is a very valuable asset to the Nissan Motor Corporation and to the Service Department at the Nissan of Duarte. I strongly recommend Edward Gutierrez to be your service advisor.

Free the first one use a coupon 1/2 price 2nd. Then you get another discount Nissan can go to 5000 miles for 1st. Oil change and you can got to any Nissan for service
