Kerr Properties, Inc. has managed several properties for us for over 15 years. All of the staff have been very responsive to our needs and I highly recommend their professional services. We've been well informed if repairs have been needed on our properties and for repairs exceeding the dollar amount approved in the Management Agreement estimates have been provided for our approval and the work has been always been attended to in a timely manner with Sean or Roseanna keeping a constant check on work orders issued. Our monthly statements are clear and concise but if we've had any questions at all Sean or Niki have always taken the time to answer even our most mundane questions. After a vacancy our properties have been made ready for new tenants very quickly as well.

Extremely Unprofessional, Extremely Rude, Does not value tenants The beginning/start of me renting was great everyone was very helpful until I requested a second maintenance request during my second month of renting. I was treated extremely poorly by Niki who was not helpful in any sort of way but is the manager. I created a work order online and they deleted it because they though it was a duplicate. I told them it was not. I than sent three emails and never received a response. The OWNER of the small apartments I live in came to check my toilet and I had to tell him my issue of black smoke on my walls and he brought it to Kerr Properties attention. Kerr Properties said that they never knew about the Black Smoke and never received a maintenance request from me. When the Owner of this small apartment complex came to fix my toilet he told me that my home was very clean and he thanked me for taking such great care of the apartment. Kerr staff told Bill the Owner that they never heard a word from me and didn't know what I was talking about. I have the emails to prove that was a lie. I spoke to Sammy and Niki. I know that for sure Niki remembers the conversation and if the calls are recorded, I would love for the owner of Kerr to pull that call and hear the way I was spoken to. Niki the girlfriend of the the Kerr Properties Owner is a VERY entitled unprofessional woman and if Kerr wants their reviews to be better they will need to start by getting that woman some Management Skills and learn the value of Paying renters. I asked her for the Kerr Properties Owner W. Sean Kerr, MPM RMP email or phone number so that I can discuss how the Manager treated me and I was told by Niki that no one is above her. Although I cant imagen that The owner W. Sean Kerr, MPM RMP would help me now knowing that Niki is the girlfriend. - I have reached out to The Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI), Civil Rights Division (CRD)

Kerr and team - specifically Rosanna, Sean, Niki, Sammy and Liz are all fantastic to work with. Everyone is friendly, communicative, professional, timely and truly feel like partners in managing my investment property. I wouldn't trust anyone more than Kerr Inc with my home and appreciate their in home periodic check ins and their always timely response. They are also willing to work with individual owner needs and are always available to answer questions - thank you and I look forward to hopefully having more investment properties to be managed by Kerr in the future!
