Lived here from nov 2016-July 2018. Was my first place in Charlotte. It was great 👍 the office staff were friendly and maintenance were good and timely. It is an older place so we had some issues with the apartment but everything brought up was fixed and promptly. Which is hard to find. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. They have a cop car that comes and sits for hours to monitor things. We really enjoyed living here. I would highly recommend.

The people are rude and don't know how to handle business i was told i got approved and to bring a security deposit with in 72 hrs but when i brought the deposit they told me somebody came the day before and paid. Thats not how you handle business and on top of the the leasing manager got smart about the situation. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!
