Although almost all the orthopedic doctors in Columbus are associated with this beast of a place (it suits their wallet just fine), I will be taking my needs to Macon where a fabulous doctor is located. Hughston....all branches are all about the money. So much so they will not refund me a simple $6.50 I gave them for a cd of my xrays from last year. I got to my new doctor and found the cd only had the xray report and NO xrays. I called them on their mistake and they just totally shut down and will not even return your calls. SHAME ON THE WHOLE HUGHSTON ORGANIZATION!

I used this clinic with workman's comp. When that case was finished I tried to get an appointment for another situation. I was first told they needed proof it was no longer a workman's comp case. So I emailed the paperwork from my lawyer to them and waited. After a week I called cause I hadn't received anything to get an automated to tell me to leave a voice-mail and they would return my call in 24 hrs. That was on the 6th of June. A week later still no call so I called again after a runaround I was discouraged I told them if this is how they treat patients I didn't want to see them. Two weeks of runaround and I got nowhere asked to make a complaint get voice-mail I'm waiting to see if they respond but I'm not feeling confident. I pray Noone else gets this treatment but I do not recommend this place horrible service and patient relationship.
