I had an appointment scheduled for 530, I arrived at 5, and filled out my paperwork. It’s now past 630 pm and I was told only 1 worker stays after 5. Not sure why 2 others and myself were scheduled after 5 if there is only 1 worker. Need better scheduling or personnel management

Attention Humana Gold Plus Members! Do not go to Columbus Diagnostic Center for x-rays! According to our insurance, we do not pay for x-rays but if you go to Columbus Diagnostic Center, they charge you $25 anyway. They charge the insurance like a doctor's office instead of a Diagnostic Center which is what they are. That way they can charge us $25 like a Specialist fee. I don't know about you but I have never been seen by a doctor there, just all those technicians that work their butts off taking care of the patients so the doctors can read the films and make the big bucks. I don't think we should have to pay that charge when the insurance will pay it for us if they would just code the bills correctly. Stop taking money away from the seniors! Take it from the insurance companies that can afford it more than we can!

I went here recently & it was quick, fast & easy.. the ladies upfront were nice.. the guy who did the test was cool too.. was in & out in what seemed like a half an hour or so.. & no one harassed me about a mask! 👌
