My husband has been coming here for close to a year now. I can’t tell you how many scheduled appointments they have messed up. Either they supposedly reschedule an appt that was scheduled mistakingly & no one calls, which they blamed on a new employee and then told us we wouldn’t have that issue anymore because they terminated her or they schedule appointments and don’t save them. He will also ask for the first appointment of the morning for work purposes. He will be the first & only one there signed in and sit in the room for a hour all while he hears other patients being seen in the rooms next to him. They have yet to help relieve any of his pain. Dr. B really doesn’t care to listen to anything he has to say. He has said from day 1 he feels like she doesn’t understand his issue at all. He doesn’t want pills or patches and every month it’s something new she’s putting him on. They scheduled him for a MRI, he waited nearly 2 months for his follow up appointment (which they didn’t actually save in their system, not a surprise). He goes to the follow up all for them to tell him they didn’t have his MRI disc so pick it up and come back in another month. He’s been waiting 3+ months now for them to refer him to a rheumatologist so now he’s being told since it’s taking so long to call around himself but no one wants to schedule him without a referral. I have worked in a medical office for many years and I can say I’ve never seen anything like this.
