I’ve lived here for over 5 years, and my experience has been great. The leasing management team has changes once and the maintenance team has rotated since the pandemic. My experience has been great. The leasing management Regina and Alexandria are excellent representatives of this community. They are knowledgeable and helpful, patient, and quick to problem solve. They are always prompt and welcoming. The maintenance crew is great, friendly, prompt, and welcoming. All four of the maintenance team have assisted me in repairs of my apartment and they have always been welcoming and courteous and quick to address my issue or within 24 hours period. I commend them on their effort with such a large complex. While the pandemic has slowed many processes we operate, Alexander Village has done a great job in keeping up with the changes. Thank you, Alexandria, your face is the welcoming face I meet upon my arrival in Charlotte, NC. Thank you, Alexander Village Team, for making this my home. This is a great place to call home!!!

Living here has been amazing! It’s such a safe community & the communication with management has gotten way better! It’s really quiet & clean! Maintenance is efficient & quick with request, they are also so sweet! I would recommend this complex for anyone!

changing rating from 5 to 1.... because they asked me to give 5 after doing some maintenance work at my apartment. Their maintenance management changed sometime in May/June 2021 and since then it has become worst place to live in. For any simple things, I had to follow up multiple times (sometimes more than a month). For simple light issue to plumbing issue. The only thing they are good at is AC repairing. They took 5 days to acknowledge and couple of more days to replace my refrigerator leaving us (with kids) without working refrigerator for more than a week in peak summer.

We welcome 2 pets per unit with a one-time fee and monthly pet rent. Give us a call for more information on our pet policy!
It's not really a specific kids area but I have a 4 and a 7 years old and daughters and they love walking and riding their bikes around the neighborhood, pound area and the courtyard. We enjoy a lot the place, is a nice community. Hope I was some help 🤗
