I was really excited to tour here as I saw there were available apartments on their website and Zillow. I called, sent emails, and messages over Zillow. When I never received a response, I decided to drive over to the apartments to take a look for myself. Unfortunately I was met with a slightly rude response, I understand that my arrival was right at closing time (which I was unaware of) but I was able to ask a few questions to one of the workers outside. She sounded very irritated with me and basically quickly shut down my interest by repeatedly saying “we are fully occupied”. She did mention that I would have to wait for 30-day notices to be submitted for availability around the time I want to move-in. Which I fully understand! However she sounded as if she did not want me living at the facility at all, usually places that are full that J have toured still provide me with information so I can back closer to my move-in date, and no efforts were made to explain why availability was shown online and on Zillow even though no apartments were available. She indicated she has received my messages, but no explanation for why I never received a response. Basically, I was very excited about this community but was met with very rude customer service. After instances like this I can only imagine how customer service would be after living in the facility (not that I was offer any further information about doing so). I may have caught her on a bad day, but I don’t believe the customer service I received was very professional. I also suspect that several of the reviews are paid or fake because the apartments do not at all look as described/like the pictures.

I just moved here recently. Property management is top-notch. Applying and all communications with the property management went smoothly. Jakaline was a pleasure to deal with. She was very helpful and friendly and assisted me through the whole process. Property, itself, seems well managed and maintained. The Maintenance manager is very accommodating. Area is nice and quiet and nearby to most anything you'd need.

This was the first place I lived at on my own. It was a great first apartment. The size was perfect for me, and having a bus stop right outside of the complex was great. It’s pretty quiet, but you do hear road noise depending on what side of the complex you live on (but the brick walls muffle a good bit of that). My only complaint is that when the rent prices increased, current renters didn’t really experience the full benefits of newer ones, which I guess is par for the course, but still. The area’s also fairly walkable and near restaurants and other points of interest. If you can afford it and want to live someplace away from the hustle and bustle of the city, then check out this place

I live at Doral for two years and had a great experience. The location and price can’t be beat- I loved walking my dog around the nice green space and being a close walk or drive to Plaza Midwood to meet friends. It is a great place if you have a pet! My neighbors were friendly and I didn’t have any issues with noise. Maintenance was quick and always came to repair any problems within a day. I felt safe living here as a single woman new to the area. Overall, I would recommend living here to anyone looking for a homey feel and convenient location.
