SHADY! Dont even apply here. I was moving to NC and needed a place for a certain date. I applied to a unit that was "available" for that date and paid the application fee. After that, they told me it wouldn't be ready for weeks after my selected move in date. They refused to refund me the $230!!! application fee even though their application was false advertisement. I disputed it with my bank and "Randolph Park" is fighting back on it. Please dont even apply here and pay their insane application fee. Chances are you'll be in the same spot as me.

Very friendly staff specially Indira. Amazing service from her she took care of all my questions before I moved in, probably called her 100 times, lol. Really happy with the place I rented, spacious, comfortable and clean. Very respectful and LGBTQ+ welcome staff. I Recommend it 100%, also a nice neighborhood.

The location caught my eye when looking for a new apartment. Area is quiet however, the first impression on my move in still has me bothered. I believe maintenance is probably worn thin because things are piling up on him seems like.

I will be moving to Charlotte in a few months and was recently there looking at apartments and part-time opportunities. Anyone who's ever moved knows how taxing the process can be, depending on the State you live, and your household composition. So moving to another state, away from my tribe and immediate family members is a huge leap of faith. Before coming to Randolph Apartments I looked at 4 other places, a few that I really liked. However, I MUST say, being greeted by a warm voice on the other end, set the tone for what I would experience the very next day. Janeen was a vibrant, polite, empathetic woman with a southern charm. She connected with my specific needs right away and gave me a tour on a beautiful 2 bedroom town house. Once there she even offered interior ideas of how I could lay the apartment out. Her perceptive nature, accouns for her thoroughness. She knew the area well enough to direct me to the shopping attractions about 2 blocks up from the development. As a fellow Mom, she automatically considered my concerns of childcare, schools, safety, etc. She is a keen listener and will taylor your needs to the perfect apartment for YOU! In this case MY family and I. Cheryl, who is the Managing Leasing Agent, is also divinely pleasant and, consistent. I intuit that these women will diligently execute a seamless transition for my move into the Randolph Park Apartments. Looking forward to becoming a part of the RPA family Ladies!
