First and foremost, great location and neighborhood. Very quite and clean complex. Maintenance team are on point. But what makes this property excellent is the management team, truly! The property manager (Ms. Sonia) is one of the most caring people out there. She does everything in her power to help the residents with anything they need. Very professional, patient and warmhearted. If you live in this building, you have a piece of mind because you know there is someone who doesn't hesitate to give you their full attention and make sure you leave happily. Oh, and also, the building is being renovated with new paints, new flooring, new lobby, etc. Again, thanks to the great management team!

I have lived at this property for almost 6 years now. It is an amazing place to live: the property is always perfectly clean. The tenants are quiet, polite, and all around lovely people - very pleasant when you run into them around the property. Service calls are handled immediately! All of this comes from an amazing property manager; Sonji Kellam will treat you like family! She is just a wonderful human being...and it comes across in every aspect of living in this community. It is quite clear that she expects everyone that works here to treat you with decency, respect, and care.

I’m a new resident and have been here 3 months. Sonji Kellam (property manager) and Cruz (property maintenance) are absolute jewels. They are quick to respond to requests and efficient in addressing any issues. And I just love chatting with them - both are so friendly and lovely. The remodel is beautiful with a grey neutral palette and new appliances. This was only one of two rental complexes that I could find with a gas range/oven. I hate cooking with electric. The community is dog friendly and, as you can imagine, filled with dog-loving tenants (the best kind of people). ☺️

I have lived at Magnolia Heights for almost 2 years and I am very happy here. Maintenance issues are resolved on time and the maintenance staff here is pretty good. The office staff is always courteous and attentive to our needs. Rents are affordable and the property is clean, safe, and well maintained. it is very close to downtown Charlotte and south park. I would certainly recommend Magnolia Heights Apartment as a great place to live.
