I currently live here and the response from the office is absolutely ridiculous! We had a major leak in our apartment and their solution, after not responding for 10 hours, was to put fans on it to dry but "that there is nothing we can do till its dry". Now there is a putrid smell coming from it and its been 4 days! I have trying to get on the phone with management and no one wants to call me back. If this is not resolved soon I will be calling the health department.

Not worth living here unless you want ants, roaches, and spiders in your room. I’ve lived here almost a year and wish I would’ve just spent a little more money somewhere else. Already got charged for them to come spray my room because of ants and it did absolutely nothing. Wouldn’t be surprised if it was water they sprayed. Not to mention the concert traffic during the Summer, no chance of getting anywhere without sitting in traffic for 45 minutes. Don’t live here because it’s cheap. It’s nasty and if you’re in college you’ll probably get roomed with people not even in school unless you bring your own roommates. Also, the management is horrible.

Latitude 49 is a great place to live! Very modern and fun environment to engage with residents and it has a friendly community atmosphere.

Hands down one of the best apartments in Charlotte!!! I was able to bring my fur baby and now that the weather is warming up I can’t wait to lay out by the pool.
