The staff was very friendly and loved living here even though the apartments are old. However, the moving statement was more than half a month although the apartment was cleaned up exhaustively. I was surprised to be told $290 deep cleaning of the carpet, was a little disappointed.

Great Experience, Sara Mabe helped me through the application process and I was able to get approved and moved in quickly without any issue. All Maintenance requests are answered quickly and the office staff are extremely quick and attentive.

My husband and I are renting an apartment while we are having our home built and had a wonderful experience working with Sara in the front office. She was very communicative and even sent us virtual tours of the apartments that weren’t available to see in person. Maintenance was very quick and helpful with the repairs we asked for, as well.

Great place to live! My husband and I have been here for almost 2 years and have not had any problems! If we have maintenance issues, they are fixed pretty quickly. The only complaint I have is parking; sometimes it can be an issue. If there was assigned parking, life would be great!
