Toured this apartment and loved it. Move In was great and an easy process. Shae helped me through the tour and move in process. He is very nice and friendly and goes above and beyond for customer service. I have been here for a week now and I am still loving my apartment and the amenities.

My experience from coming for a tour to signing the lease has been so easy and not a headache at all. Meg helped me out and she was amazing! She spoke clear on the property details and answered all of my questions. She even kept a line of communication open between us. Nothing felt rushed about this process at all. She was even able to accommodate me moving in earlier! I have a strong feeling I'm going to love it here. Meg, you have by far been the best person to work with, with my personal experience looking for a place to live. Thank you!!

Review edited >>> I can say that the condominium has a new and very beautiful structure! however we are having frequent problems with the access keys of the convenience areas and doors in general the pool table and the other items can only be used when the Office is working ie on weekdays. ( The Access Tags problem has improved, I'm glad that this has been resolved.) PS. Check the outdoor fireplaces, they don't always work! New post >>> I came to improve my ranking. I believe they are working hard to make this place better and more accessible. One point I have to add is about the use of games and the freedom to enter and leave the club room. The time until 5:30pm unfortunately does not benefit any worker who is working out all day! They could change the time to 9pm. It is a social place. I hope you think about it. Many condominiums in the region do not restrict access to residents. Unfortunately I can't say the same here. I hope you appreciate my request in this regard and that I can have a simple coffee in the evening with my wife in the club room. This is currently impossible. Thank you so much

I've been living here for close to 8 months! I've loved every week I had here so far. Both Shea & Reili in the leasing office are the best & have been amazing handling any requests I have. Everyone in the building is great. LOVE the amenities & monthly events they have for the community.
