Fight or Fright

Poor "customer service".... I've been here a few times I've purchased many things like chain cleaner spare tire tubes and even beer which makes me a repeat customer yes? One bad day my e-bike broke down I called for a ride and it would not fit into the vehicle and I walked it a mile and a half to the bike store. Knowing that the damage on the bike was more than likely unrepairable I was looking for a place to gather myself. But instead of being helpful the owner took one look at my bike and said you have 15 minutes to get out of here and treated me like an unwanted stranger. Having no other options I was forced to walk down old golf course Road until a Good Samaritan named Kenny picked me up in his truck and probably saved my life thanks again Kenny! No thanks to this place though if you are in the market for a ebike definitely do not come here and if you're in the market for a good FRIENDLY customer service you should probably move. on it's a shame because it's a really cool place but the owner has a negative attitude.
