I've lived here for almost four years and have seen at least four or five different managers come and go. All of them (including the current managers) are extremely difficult to get ahold of if you need help with maintenance, or if the website to pay your rent is not working. The phone number for the office isn't even the actual managers office and 9 times out of 10 if you leave a message asking for them to call you back they never do. Communication with them is terrible. There have been multiple bursted or leaky pipes that required the water to be tuned off for more than two days and no communication as to when it would be back on. This happened again recently and again no warning. The water was just off. They also recently made it so that your car has to be assigned a specific spot and up to date on registration (this is fine) the problem was that about half of the complex was not notified of this and as a result my car and multiple others were towed with no explanation as to why and a towing fee of 400 dollars. I feel tolerated by this company not taken care of which I find frustrating because we are good tenants who are clean, queit and we pay our rent on time..

Took a day to fix it. What if the temperature was over 100 degrees. Other than that it’s fix and satisfied now.
