If you need to spend alot for the service and speed use FEDEX instead of USPS. You get what you pay for and I've about had enough of deJoy and his USPS nonsense. I needed legal documents overnighter to Long Island. Delivery signed for at 9:30 a.m. the next day. 1 hour sooner than advised. No brainer.

Not only is the manager inaccurately enforcing policy, he is rude in doing so. Making a mistake is ok. Being rude is not. Making a mistake while being rude and having a manager badge is how you convert 7 year business accounts to UPS. Being the only full service FedEx location, we're not forced to explore other options where we normally would not wish to.

The store manager Mike was very rude I was talked down to for helping move my bag I was shipping where I spend over $500 in shipping expenses to be treated like garbage. My company ships a lot of equipment through fed ex UPS now has my business.
