Enterprise provided customer service to the highest level! I had to renew my car every week for five weeks and they had no problem with that every time I called. I also had to return my car while I had Covid and their procedures for accommodating me were fantastic.

Enterprise is stepping up their game in Martinsburg!! Rich does a great job getting me into a vehicle for work. Make sure to book early.....not a lot of rental cars available!! I will say the lot was full on Friday Sept. 8th.
