Martinsburg Rescue Mission accepts paper, cardboard, metal, shredded paper (separate), rags, tree wood (they burn it in a wood furnace), and it is revenue for them to use!

Recycling is free for residents. The one exception is brush. They do charge for that. I'm pretty sure electronics are free for residents, too. They only accept electronics at the inwood location.
