Yes they are. As you come in the facility, you will see some plastic recycling to the right.

I was at the Grapevine Road facility on April 7th and 8th, and they are NOT accepting any pladtics.

They are no longer accepting plastics due to problems in the recycling market. Recycler in Winchester closed and no other local place to take bulk loads.
