I struggled in the beginning panicking over the mold I was seeing and Gloria fired up the help we needed and sent us Jeff and Ozzy to do a walk through and listen to our concerns. We are now in the middle of waiting for approval from the DM, Diana, (I believe) to give the go ahead on replacing the blackened and torn carpet that caused the concern over the mold to begin with. This portion has dragged on for a while now and we do wish it cld be resolved. Long overdue! But other than that, I was pleased with Gloria’s appreciation of good tenants that have taken great care of the unit for over 25 years! Hang in there, Gloria!

June 16, 2021 Regarding my lease I signed in April: I have asked for a copy several times and no lease copy as yet. For four weeks, I asked for help to get a sliding door back on track by leaving phone requests. No help as yet. For four weeks, I asked Danny and Glory both for two window screens that have gone missing. No screens as yet. Even though I like Danny and Glory, I am feeling neglected with these requests...
