I had to buy a new washer and dryer and knew that they would be a tight fit in my tiny hallway laundry closet because they've gotten bigger since my last washer and dryer purchased from Orsini's almost 22 years ago. Two very nice young men, Benjie Britner and Michael Britner, were so friendly and polite and I was very pleased with their work! I don't know how they did it, but they managed to squeeze my new washer and dryer in with very little room to spare! They went over how to operate my new machines and checked to make sure they ran properly. I'm one satisfied customer! :)

We've used orsonis for parts and service in the past but today they delivered our new fridge, (the Beast). These two guys deserve a bonus. We're possibly the worst delivery location anywhere. We have a few dozen steps to our home in every direction. Circa 1840 home with narrow doors and sloped floors. I had expressed the need to alert the delivery crew to this, but somehow that info got lost. Regardless, they got our fridge in like amazing professionals amd leveled it. We've never had a level fridge before this. I sincerely hope Orsinis understands the true gems these fellas are thank you for the most stress free appliance delivery Ever.

Hello! Our sales team are all wearing masks, we have hand sanitizer located throughout the store, and we practice routine cleaning sanitization and cleaning practices throughout the day. We also have our team use discretion as to their personal health. If they don’t feel good, they should stay home.
