After COVID, all apartment communities were bombarded by rent seekers. This complex failed, as it allowed rude, selfish, annoying people to move in and to continue their antics unchecked. There are ZERO rules enforced at the pool, which resulted in a laughingly, yet disgusting amount of pool closures. The staff could not care less if they rules they make you sign up on lease are followed. Very disruptive people live here. Trashy, soulless people are allowed to park in handicapped spaces without repurcussions. The in-unit appliances are the cheapest possible, and extremely outdated. They will only address these complaints by putting a bandaid on the appliance. Please consider other nearby complexes with more mature staff. Would NOT recommend it to anyone.

The Legacy Apartments are the hidden treasure in Ballantyne. Great spacious floor plans and great wooded views. Lindsay and her staff are great to work with. Very quite area yet close to stores food and most you can walk too. Maintenance staff is quick to respond and does a very professional job. Last six months have been great living here and look forward to many more.

I am so happy to be living here at Legacy Ballantyne Apartments. The apartment homes are so cozy and quaint and my mother and I fell in love the first time we saw it. All of the neighbors are friendly and we love how many trees are in the community. I recommend anyone looking for a new apartment come and give Legacy Ballantyne Apartments a look. You won't be disappointed.
