The staff was very friendly and all the maids were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and Lucy and Rene did a great job with the breakfast. The hotel was very clean and we were served quickly when we needed anything at anything. Great stay

Nice spacious rooms, Delicious breakfast. However, Monica @ front desk was very rude talking in a condescending manner. She could not provide Manager authority. Instead she gave us 30 min. To collect our belongings & leave the location or call authorities.

This hotel had pretty good beds in it. Sadly that's about the only thing I can say was done right at this hotel. The miserly breakfast (possibly provided by someone named scrooge) is sad and and cheaply done. The shower hadn't been cleaned well enough to even remove the long red hair that was still in the bottom of the bathtub when I checked in. The desk staff were polite and quick to check us in. (For this, I have an extra star)

The building gets a little overwhelmed during the gem show season however there's some shining star staff members that make up for the older buildings occasional electric and plumbing issues. We ran out if toilet paper for our family at 11pm and Ronnie the security office searched high and low to find us toilet paper and make sure I got to my room safely. Angie at the front desk was able to help with managing multiple changes to our stay times for a large team and assist with parking passes, she's a star! Jonathan helped out and went above and beyond late at night calling in Ronnie for help finding some toilet paper when everyone was asleep. Lucy at the Terrace Cafe helped make sure our allergies were taken seriously and protected our daughters health. Thank you so much!
