The staff is friendly, breakfast is good, but the rooms have become really run down. Cracked tiles in the bathroom, unfinished walls, no lamps, etc. Very convenient place to stay, but until there are major renovations we will no longer be staying at this hotel.

Nice staff, good service and clean. Breakfast was well prepared with clean serving/ sitting areas and polite manners and helpful. The pool / spa area was clean and sitting with umbrella to shade, towels supplied at pool. Enjoyed the time with my kids and grandkids.

Quick and easy check-in and checkout. The room was exactly what I expected. It's close enough to drive to U of A but not directly in the busy area. It has plenty of food places to walk to so no need to drive for food. It has a very small gym with treadmill and elliptical machine but enough to get a little cardio in after a long drive.

WOW! we were so happy we found the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tucson Mall. Here's a hotel that IS DOING EVERYTHING RIGHT! Where to begin: Parking excellent, proximity to everything wonderful, gorgeous lobby and breakfast area, one of nicest I have seen. Room excellent, big screen tv, lots of seating, soft pillows, great beds, excellent shower, very quiet, fantastic heated pool and hot tub! Breakfast was 10! eggs, omelets, sausage, toast, bagels, cinnamon rolls, coffee, juice selection, hashbrowns, oatmeal, cereal, basically anything you could want. Courteous wonderful staff. As we left the hotel my " daughter says this is the only place I want to stay in Tucson!"
