Rooms were clean and staff was nice. The reason for the one star is due to our truck getting broken into while parked in the hotel parking lot only 6 spots from the front entrance. We were told they had security but he supposedly was mainly in the back lot all night since vehicle had been getting their windows broken out. The thieves had so much time in our vehicle that they went through cases and picked out items. There is a current car break-in at the hotel and no warning at all from staff at check-in!!

I wish there were more stars to give. This was among the best hotels I've stayed in. The rooms have a full kitchenette, so would be great for a long term stay. The rooms and the building are clean and well kept. Very nice hot breakfast each morning is provided. I will be using TownePlace Suites again.

This location is great, clean, staff is amazing! Amber did Check in it was efficient and thorough. All rooms same layout: entry door, kitchen,king bed pull out sofa,tv and full bathroom. Complimentary breakfast Diverse crowd Great job this place!

Location isn’t bad but the parking is drastically below their rooming, the entire time I stayed here I had to park across the street at the business complex. They have washers but you need quarters and the front desk has no way of issuing quarters, which is really confusing because who has change, or even cash, in 2022 post-COVID. Literally banks have signs about the change shortage and businesses are reducing their cash intake due to the pandemic spread on currency. Upon entering my room I was very confused as there were no dishes, glasses, silverware or ice bucket in the cupboards. Open the dishwasher and literally full of everything that should be in the cupboards but they were nasty and covered in food. Smelled like it had been there more than a day. Breakfast is pretty solid but get there early or they’ll run out by around 830. The suites have a nice patio facing the pool, small but nice. Not sure that I would stay here again. As a titanium member I can say not the worst, but far from the Marriott standard.
