The sheets had blood spots on them when we checked in, and when we asked to have the top sheets replace the staff member that was sent to the room told us “they don’t provide service everyday and aren’t supposed to change the sheets daily” (irrelevant when they are filthy when we move in). The AC didn’t work and when maintenance came into the room to check they turned the thermostat down and left (which did nothing). We were harassed multiple times by hotel staff and management about our dog, which we paid to have with us and we’re following normal, reasonable pet rules. My wife was chased down by a management team member while walking from the front desk to our room and told that dogs aren’t allowed in the pool are because she had a wristband for the pool on. She was neither in, nor going to the pool area. We also were not provided any sort of pet policy so for all we know, the staff that approached us could have been completely incorrect about the “hotel policies”. If the staff worried half as much about the cleanliness and functionality of the rooms as they did about correcting guests this might be a nice hotel. The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful and was a bright spot in an otherwise dismal experience. ***Edit*** The sad attempts to pacify negative reviews with a sympathetic “management response” are fraudulent. I attempted to contact them as requested to provide more information and received no response.

Nice faculty for business meetings and when you need to stay by the airport. Good services on site and nice staff. Nothing special but location is everything! Pool was a mess/closed today “chemical treatment” which may be great for future guests but a total bust for today so maybe call ahead to make sure it’s open of that is important to your decision to stay her. Bar/breakfast area was nice. VictorB

The staff at the front desk were nice and provided prompt service. However, our AC was broken, and they couldn't fix it. You could only feel the air blowing out of the vent from 2" away, which obviously isn't nearly good enough. They would not give us a discount for it, and only offered to bring us a box fan. To be fair, though, I only asked the maintenance guy about a discount. I didn't bother asking the front desk, as it wasn't that hot of a day, so I just delt with it. Our room smelled like an old, wet towels, and we had to air it out every time we came back to our room. Our bathtub filled up with water every time we took a shower, which was gross. The bathroom door doesn't have a lock either, which is weird. I paid $180 for 1 night, and the room definitely wasn't worth that!

Hello everyone, i only put 3 ⭐ due to that fact that i did not interact with there staff. Nor did I personally receive any services for them. I will say that that room my wife got was clean & neat. AC worked well. We were there just for the pool & food. Our own that it. Please be mindful of the other guests around you!!!! Let's just say some follow rules & well others just don't care! Thx

It wasn't a few weeks ago but I would check with the hotel
I don't know if they have a suite, we stayed in a regular room. But it is a very nice place.
