In addition to my other review so they checked me in knowing I had a (ES) dog (emotional support animal) without a problem. And checking out they argued with me about getting my deposit back I demanded to talk to the manager and was denied so I told them id call the police but didn't want to as they have more important things to do then to go tell a grown man who's stealing from customers to give their money back so he said this I will charge you the pet Deposit of $25 and give you $25 back (in the state of AZ it is Illegal to charge a pet deposit fee for any kind of service dog who is registered as a service or emotional support animal and yes mine is I have the certificate to prove it) I still wasn't happy about it seeing as they don't allow animals so they do not have a pet deposit fee stated but i didn't want to utilize the police nor make a scene so I took the $25 from the jerk at the night window and he kept the other $25 I needed that day for something very important. BTW we left that room in the same shape we got it in threw all our trash away, didn't leave anything for the maids to hardly clean π‘

Positive: The room the room the room in the room!!! The room was so comfortable and pleasant that we ended up staying an extra night because of it!!! Negative: If there was one critique I would say that they should have posted the $50 deposit if you were paying cash and or had prepaid your stay in a bigger and higher visible area

My partner and I booked a 2 night stay at this property during our move through Priceline. The manager was extremely aggressive, argumentative and rude. He asked about our disabilities and his staff attempted to photocopy our medical documentation as well as the dogβs registrations which is illegal. He told us we needed to leave because in his opinion they were not service dogs. He has been reported and we are filing a law suit. In addition the property looks nothing like the photos and the pool has been shut down by the city. We felt incredibly unsafe in the area as well as with the managerβs behavior. Do not book here.

The room was clean. Despite the website saying there is a pool it was closed, I was told it's a seasonal pool, every other hotel had open pools. There was a dead body found in a nearby room on our 2nd day. Our upstairs neighbors were tweaking so they slept during the day and jumped around all night. We got little help from the office. The TV kept going out and all I was told was its because it's satellite. The internet was horrible I had to use the hot spot on my phone for internet. We were in town for a large event so changing hotels wasn't a option or else we would have.
