Staff was great! Always helpful and nice! Breakfast was decent (part of reason for choice of hotel, and location) Children enjoyed the tiny pool, and jacuzzi was good. THE ROOM was in repair(lack of) . Toilet was leaking, beds were falling apart, pull out was probably a curb check find. Shower curtain held up with duct tape, and was TOO SMALL for a full size adult to shower. The AC/heat controls were not in functional working order.

Definitely not a 4 or 5 star hotel if that’s what you’re looking for. But overall a great place to stay. Basic hotel with good amenities inside the room. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Especially the breakfast ladies. There isn’t any house keeping due to short staff they only clean when someone is checking out so you have to ask for your own towels and trash piles up in your room. The area is great and we had no problems. Breakfast is simple. (Waffle machine, toast, eggs(made with egg batter) and cereal) basic but fine to start your day with.

Good comfortable accommodations but was shocked and disappointed in shuttle fee of $5 from the airport to the hotel for the guests. Also requested a late check out which garnered only 30 minutes of additional time. Surprised by the very very thin, rough bath cloths and towels. Bath mat appeared dark gray stained and was severely wrinkled. Loved the ironed sheets. Truly appreciated the hotel staff.

Very nice and clean hotel at a nice location. The room furniture were nice. Rooms were spacious and well maintained. Offered a great hot breakfast in the morning. The staff at the check in/out desk were very helpful and friendly. The lady serving breakfast was very friendly and took great care of the guests! Overall, great experience starting at this hotel. Highly recommended for travellers with family!
