If you suddenly received an invoice from this scam company at your dental office by surprise, you got scammed. This shady scam company basically look up vulnerable dental offices online, send them random dental products without even needing to contact the dental offices, and then followed by sending the offices a big fat invoice to collect payment. Things you need to do: 1. Reporting this f... shameless company and leave it to BBB 2. Do not contact the company, because you never did. 3. Do not waste your precious time with them, you got better things to do. 3. Lastly, do not make any payment!

SCAM PRACTICES NO STARS.... This company just randomly sent us product ....two years in a row ....which we didn't request - one week later it was followed by a billing statement in the amount of $156.99 in hopes every office will just pay it. Last year it took us a bit longer to realize it was a scam and I continued to get calls from this company demanding payment to a past due invoice. We were able to find the sample in the office and called the number the invoice stated to return the product - however it went to voicemail every call - invoice said we could also email but we got not response ... so the return ended up being months and months of calls to get a return label. When I did talk to them I asked them to remove our office information never to send us anything again and here it is 2021 and again same situation. This should be against the law.
