Sent an email on what I use my truck for and rob called 2 days later. After speaking on the phone and giving me some advice, we ordered what I would need without steering me to spend more money. Dropped the truck off on a Tuesday, should be done by Thursday maybe Wednesday. Rob called, stating the vendor sent the wrong wheels but overnighter the right ones, FedEx dropped the ball and was a day late. Rob didn't try to push me to go with the +1 offset wheels vs my +20 fuel shocks, even tho I considered it haha . He always called or emailed , consumate professional with a good group of guys. Wait was worth it and DAM am I happy with the result. Tundra never looked so good on bronze wheels with 33's and my suspensions feels dam good. Already planning my bumper for the future.

Rob and the team at SWAT did a great job installing a lift kit, front bumper, winch, and hitch for me. They were awesome coordinating parts and installation of many different manufacturers.

Let me start with Brian. He has been amazing to work with, helpful, knowledgeable, and has made the experience overall amazing. Swat doesn’t take advantage of their customers, provides great work, and always a quick phone call away. I brought my 2018 Ram 2500 for a complete work over. suspension, tires, and wheels. Guys at Swat Customs impressed me with their quality work. I stumbled across them thru a friend who had his Jeep Wrangler done by them and I really liked their quality job. My friend had a great experience with them so thought I would give it a shot. I called them that afternoon and talked with Brian for maybe 10 min. He was very professional and pretty knowledgable on the lift on Toyota 4Runners. I wanted fairly new 3" lift kit by Ironman 4x4 for my 4Runner Limited. We made an appointment and he ordered me a set of 5 ToyoTires Open Country ATIII tires for a very good price. I ordered my lift kit and wheels myself and have them shipped them directly to Swat Customs so I didn't have to worry about hauling them. Thought that was pretty helpful. Brought my 4Runner on Tuesday and picked it up on Thursday morning just like he promised. Very reasonable pricing and upfront talk. Big thanks to Brian and Josh keeping in contact throughout and for being so understanding. I received such excellent customer service as I did from Swat Customs I believe this is one way of showing appreciation. No hesitation in recommending to my friends. 5 stars ! ! ! Well done guys.
