You think after a 13 and a half hour drive id be in a bad mood checking into a hotel??? Well I was but Elisha at the front desk with her cheerful professional personality made it all go away. It is employees like Elisha that make people wanting to continue to choose Aloft as their place to stay. Thank you Elisha for your welcoming greeting that made our stay a very pleasant one. Give this woman a raise or a paid day off cause she deserves it👍

Positive: The location next to the University of Arizona is great. The staff are also very friendly and accommodating. Negative: The carpet in my room was looking a bit tired and in need of deep cleaning. The noise level is ok not great - if facing Speedway there's lots of traffic noise and if facing the back then HVAC noise, at least where my room was situated this time.

Bed had a huge whole sink down most uncomfortable sleep I’ve had in a long time. It’s on a very busy street loud all night. Too pricey for the experience had. Don’t get mobile key if you want to leave and go back in room on day of check out. It disappears the morning of check out before 5 am. Lame

Nice clean hotel in a great location, nearby the university and many eateries. The staff that we interacted with was pleasant and accommodating. We were traveling with our dog so this chain is our go to as they don’t charge a pet cleaning fee (which at other chains are almost more than the room cost itself). The only small complaint I have is the location of the light switches on the bathroom. Not sure if this was just our room but the bathroom door slides on a track to shut and the light switch is on the wall that the door makes contact with to close… so if you want the door closed it will turn off the light inside the bathroom- literally the worst design I have ever seen.
