Positive: The staff are incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are large and hotel overall is lovely. The breakfast buffet is delicious a full. The pool and gym are beautiful and the coin laundry is large and fairly priced. Negative: The only things that would need improvement would be the internet and cleaning of the pool. The internet does not work in the rooms and is spotty in the main lobby area. Sometimes the pool had trash in it as well as lots of leaves, bugs, and debris.

Positive: The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is delicious and the pool/gym are large and nice. Negative: The Wi-Fi does not work in the rooms. I was told there is too much steel in the walls for it to work in the rooms. I couldn¿t even ¿hot-spot¿ to my laptop from my phone. I need Wi-Fi in order to work and it was a hassle to go out into the lobby.

Positive: Wonderful spacious inner space. Great hot breakfast. Friendly desk staff (it would upgrade their professionalism if they had uniforms or even name tags). Negative: Bath floor-5 hairs & plastic scrap. Soap smear/shower wall. Plastic scrap & sewing needle on carpet. Coughing from room reeking of freshener. 3am, guy shouting calling 2 guys names. Female let him in; he left apprx 45 min later. Someone running a brothel?

Positive: The hotel was beautiful. The location was ok. just thought it was closer to where we had to be. Just wish our room was located on the ground floor. We had a deluxe accessible and was told that premiere rooms were only on the 3rd floor. Very disappointing. Negative: The side exit where the handicap parking is located had stairs to go up and down. Doesn't work when you have a walker or mobility scooter. Elevators aren't always large enough for all scooters either.

I stayed there July 13th and 14th and it had not been upgraded, the hotel actually used to be quite nice. I also had came in at 4:00 a.m. because my mother had a stroke and they told me I had to be out by 12:00 p.m. I attempted to talk to the manager 3 different times because I needed to say another night but he would not talk to me even tnough I could clearly see him, I thought that was odd that at 4:00 a.m. they are charging me for a whole day, I digress. What the Wyndham calls breakfast is a mini bagel that you get out of a vending machine, an orange and a carton of milk left outside my door.
