The staff is nice. The rooms are clean and spacious. The housekeeping is on top of their game. They sale drinks and snacks at the front desk. There are safes in the room. The pool needs some loving. But overall it's very nice place to stay.

The staff are amazing, friendly and courteous. The hotel is quite old and in need of repairs. The outside needs cleaning up, although I did see a gentleman making an attempt. There was broken glass and trash strewn about. Unfortunately, my neighbors in the other rooms did not follow noise and visitor rules during the night.

Many other tenants were smoking in their rooms causing the hallways to be filled with nasty smells. The hotel should separate smoking/non-smoking rooms to different sides of the building. Hotel charges us incidental charges for smoking in rooms even though we did not. Hotel is notorious for not returning incidental charges on check-out. Terrible place to stay and poor customer service. Coffee was advertised as available from 6am to 10am but was only available until 8am. Ridiculous place, STAY AWAY!

The room I was given at this hotel was in horrible repair. The bathtub faucet had a leak so bad there was a continuous stream of water that couldn’t be turned off. The knob in the shower to turn on and off the water was coming off the wall. The shower/tub seemed unusable because of these issues. None of the wall outlets in the room worked so I couldn’t charge any of my electronics. The carpet was very badly stained, and the room had a horrible smell. When I reported these issues, I was not offered any alternatives but to stay in the room given. It was a terrible room by any measure, but made even worse when I stayed in a Comfort Inn just a couple days later for just $20 more for a much better room. Considering the small difference in price, I will never stay in another Quality Inn since I can get a much better room elsewhere for basically the same price. They also make you provide a deposit above the agreed upon room rate and you cannot put this deposit on the card the room was booked with. I’ve never encountered this before and it would have been nice to have been warned about this ahead of time!
