We ordered several windows and two sliding doors from Win-dor and unfortunately, we are totally disappointed with the quality of their products and the delivery time was changed twice. Moreover, we identified a defect in the sliding door after installation around 2 month ago. To their credit, they sent a replacement part but no one showed up to replace it. This is a job that requires professional attendance. The screen for the sliding door comes off and it appears it is not the right size and the list goes on. I would stay away from this company.

Paid 20K for two sliders and a large bi-fold window. 2 the three were missing parts. I have to agree with the unprofessional comment as I set up a warranty call which the company scheduled on a holiday with a five-hour time window. I reconfirmed the day of and still no one showed up. Very unprofessional and borderline rude without even a call for a reschedule. I had to take time away from my family during a holiday to sit around at the construction site for 5 HOURS.

I had new windows and doors installed by WinDor and couldn't be happier! Corey responded promptly to my initial inquiry and was extremely flexible to accommodate my work schedule. Installation went smoothly and the windows look great. A couple of very minor issues were addressed promptly and fixed to my satisfaction. The guys on the installation team did a great job. Thanks to everyone!

There was a time I received a flier from WinDor. They have an open house sometime September. I went see the product display. I was impressed. I believe that seeing the products it makes difference than from sales pictures only. I asked the sales, Lisa May for appointment. She came to measure our windows and gave prices all of windows to be replaced... WinDor made an excellent job, form sales to installations. Awesome job!!!!

Wood trim around a window is typically caulked on either side and painted. Run a razor knife along the edges of the trim to keep from peeling paint off the wall during the trims removal. Then use a prybar to free it from the nails holding it to the wall. There is not normally any glue behind the trim.
