My experience with CasuaLuxury was delightful. Everyone there was very friendly and gave wonderful customer service. My daughter and I went to have her prom dress custom made. All I have to say is the dress was BEAUTIFUL. Everything we asked for was done to a T. I will definitely return.

Horrible experience with this business. Went for a consultation on March 25th paid a deposit on $1800 prom dress which I had no problem with, we were promised 3 fitting total and only got one on May 18th...the day before prom! The dress needed much work to be done, it did not fit properly, the rhinestones appeared to have a gold tint and they were supposed to be silver ( which he called 3 days before prom saying he thought the dress was supposed to be black😳)and to top it all off, my daughter and her 3 friends had the exact same bottom train/piece. Where's the customization in that... I would NEVER recommend or even consider them for anything ever again. I paid $1000 for the dress in the end ecause was no way he was getting $1800.
